We are delighted to announce that Sean Burke has joined the Silver Maple team as of April 1 in the position of Chief Financial Officer.
For the five prior years, Sean was working at Pricewaterhousecoopers (PwC). He was relocated to work in New York for a year and half where he advised the world’s largest banks in the banking and capital markets sector. He was named the 2013 CA Most Exemplary Young Professional, an award given to one CA in Western Canada. In 2012 he was awarded the PwC National CEO award, the highest honour for PwC Canada employees.
Beyond Finance, Sean will be working in key areas such as analysis and due diligence of Issuer companies and business development.
