Over the years, Sync has become one of the most user-friendly interfaces on the market. Evolving into the 4th generation, the Lightning Lariat is fitted with the upgraded 4A version. This adds several extra features to the already advanced list of functions.
First, you can get a touchscreen measuring 8- to 15.5-inch in width. These larger monitors make it easier to operate the various components of the multimedia hub. You will be able to see better too.
Next is the wireless smartphone integration. Otherwise known as Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, you no longer need a cord cluttering up the cabin. Simply sync your mobile device by following the instructions inside your owner’s manual. You only need to do this once.
Other available functions include navigation updates such as real-time traffic and weather reports as well as active construction zones. Enhanced Voice Recognition is offered for hands-free operation, and SiriusXM with 360L grants access to a wide range of satellite radio services.
