Chain & Industrial Manufactured Solutions
horwitzer link cement conveyor bc canadaRecession no longer defines the North American economy. Instead a surge in employment, consumer spending, and financial stability has occurred - and with that surge has come a rise in construction. New infrastructural changes, along with suburban developments, are dotting the Canadian and U.S. landscapes; and this had led to an increase in concrete production, with Statista anticipating a steady year-over-year growth pattern through 2018.

This growth will signal economic success... and high abrasion, with cement drag conveyors struggling to adapt to accelerated operations. To counter this issue, Connexus Industries now delivers the Howitzer Link.

The Howitzer Link - developed originally for the Potash Industry and then re-engineered - boasts a 4330 alloy steel construction. This allows it to adapt to the rigors of the cement industry, with its 420 BHN targeting ensuring an enhanced resistance to abrasion. This combines with a 400 BHN induction-hardened pin to minimize overall impact.

Through this the Howitzer Link can easily accommodate all drag conveyor needs, delivering consistent performance (even in the wake of increased demand). It’s designed for durability.

industrial metal detector suppliers bc canadaStability now defines the North American economy. Increased consumer demands and streamlined operations have led to a rise in manufacturing, and the Canadian and U.S. markets once again prove promising.

With that promise, however, comes the presence of ferrous metals.

As North America regains its industrial footing, increased ferrous metals will occur - bringing with them costly conveyor damage, operational downtimes, and potential product contamination. These properties (which include bucket teeth, loose pins, steel shavings, and other scraps) greatly affect the performance of every conveyor.

This is why Connexus Industries recently joined forces with RENS Metal Detectors - providing our clients with the protection they deserve,

Since 1946 RENS has served as the premier provider of industrial metal detectors. Its innovative suite of applications - which accommodate cant, vibrating conveyors, OSB, and fluff pulp processes - utilizes 4-channel DDS and DSP microprocessing. It also pairs a shielded search coil design with solid state circuitry, ensuring more efficient results. Through this it can quickly (and precisely) identify ferrous metals; and this proves essential for the burgeoning North American market, allowing companies to meet their quota demands.

RENS is a leader in detection. This is why Connexus Industries is now proud to offer our clients the full Metal Detectors’ line - connecting them to superior productivity and on-site support. To learn more about these products contact us today.

connexus industries i'anco products canadaConsolidation often proves complicated - with many struggling to merge company production processes into unified policies, unable to harmoniously adapt multi-tiered strategies. Creating a single entity from diverse (and often dissonant) services is no easy task.

In 2014, however, Connexus Industries redefined consolidations - effortlessly joining together Viking Chains, Lacey Harmer, Metal Shark and, of course, I’Anco Products.

I’Anco Products has served North America since 1983. Through a series of innovations (including cast-alloy drag chains, long link applications, and drop-forged chain systems) it's helped to stabilize both the Canadian and U.S. economies. It's fused manufacturing with multi-strand platforms and heat-treated constructions, promoting greater durability; and it's delivered precise engineering with every product.

It's this precision that makes the brand a worthy addition to the Connexus family. We’re proud to now host the I’Anco line, connecting our clients to hardness values of 160-340 BHN and superior sustainability. Our collection accommodates the sugar mill, pulp and paper, harvesting, and mining fields - ensuring improved efficiency with every operation.

Our expanding inventory adheres to expanding markets.

connexus industries nywea trade show 2016In 1929 the New York Water Environment Association (NYWEA) was founded, delivering a clear message of sustainable management - with members urged to innovate their operations and improve their systems. It emphasized the need for education and training; and it bridged the gap between manufacturers, distributors, and engineers. Through it connections were formed.

These connections remain even today. NYWEA ranks among the world’s most vital conferences, helping to promote quality management throughout North America - and Connexus Industries was proud to participate in the recent 88th trade show.

From February 8th to February 10th, Connexus Industries (along with other key exhibitors, including: AECOM, Elliot International, HDR, and Nova Consulting) took part in the NYWEA conference. There we offered wastewater solutions - such as our latest I’Anco stainless steel chains - to improve the viability of every system. We stressed the need for precise constructions and sustainable materials, wishing to stabilize the market through environmental integration.

We weren’t alone. The entire NYWEA conference was dedicated to system enhancement, offering seminars on high-strength waste removal, water reclamation, green infrastructures, and more. Through this the industry can better accommodate changing consumer needs.

Connexus Industries thanks those who visited our booth during the 88th NYWEA conference. Together we’ll transform waste management.

connexus industries world ag expo 2016Hidden in California’s Central Valley is Tulare - a tiny town shadowed by the foothills of the Sierra Nevada and tucked inside a series of orange groves. It doesn’t share the fame of the nearby Fresno, nor the popularity of Porterville. Each year, however, this area becomes the center of agriculture: connecting farmers, manufacturers, and vendors alike to its World Ag Expo.

On February 9th, the 2016 World Ag Expo began - and Connexus Industries was there to welcome the many attendees. This event (which is the largest of its kind, drawing more than 150,000 visitors annually) provides the agri-market with a surge of new ideas and technologies. Exhibitors come from across the globe, bringing with them a promise of a better tomorrow.

Connexus Industries was among these exhibitors. For almost a decade we’ve served as a manufacturing representative, offering steel-cast products to improve production. This year was no exception, with our team showcasing its I’Anco brand. This exclusive line of chains promotes more efficient operations, with sustainable materials adapting to the rigors of harvesting and expediting results. Through this mills can keep pace with growing consumer demands.

An alarming trend dominates North America’s commercial and industrial fields - safety is often sacrificed for performance, with companies adapting to consumer demand through accelerated speed, production, and distribution. All thoughts are funneled toward improving operations…. and these operations often involve forklifts.

Few machines prove as crucial to companies as the forklift, and few prove as potentially dangerous. Recent years have experienced a noticeable rise in workplace injuries, with North Americans harmed from overturns, sudden lifts, and more.

United States: The CDC reports more than 1,000 deaths related specifically to forklifts.

Canada: OSHA reports 85 deaths and approximately 35,000 severe injuries.

Connexus Industries seeks to change these statistics, helping our clients achieve safer work cultures. To do this we offer the Lazer Tracking system. This option delivers superior forklift guidance, allowing operators to more effectively navigate their environments. Innovative laser technology creates consistent, highly visible beams - ensuring that fork placement remains precise. This enables drivers to follow all OSHA load guidelines and avoid over-extending their capacities.

With the release of the Lazer Tracker, Connexus Industries promotes safer environments for all. To learn more about this system contact us today.
Accelerated production leads to accelerated waste. Consider North America's commerical landscape:

Canada: The nation generates approximately 25 million tonnes of non-hazardous waste each year.

United States: The nation generates approximately 254 million tonnes of non-hazardous waste each year.

Mexico: The nation generates approximately 8 million tonnes of non-hazardous waste each year.

North America is defined by non-hazardous materials - and approximately 55% of this comes from commercial and industrial ventures, with a notable rise in paper products, ferrous metals, mixed metals, and plastics.

These materials shape the manufacturing process. Through them North America’s workforce can more effectively meet consumer demands - but that same workforce must then dispose of the waste left behind. This often proves challenging, with traditional bins delivering low capacities and weak constructions. An excess of time, energy, and patience is needed to properly remove all non-hazardous matter.

Connexus Industries seeks to simplify the process. This is why we connect our clients to The Orange Box, the only true self-dumping hopper on the the market.

The Orange Box proves essential for North America's evolving manufacturing field, offering expedited operations and industrial strength. Through it companies can achieve a more efficient work-culture, connecting employees to safe, hands-free results.
