INFINITI Features Glossary For Seattle, Tacoma, And Bellevue Washington
2018 infiniti q50 for sale burien bellevue washingtonWhile we may not be floating around in flying cars just yet, Nissan’s luxury brand is creeping ever closer - infusing their vehicles with intuitive autonomous technology. These innovations not only hint at what’s possible, but they also help to inspire confidence in drivers.

Take the 2018 INFINITI Q50, for example. This high-performance sedan can produce up to 400 HP at its top-grade level. With that much power, future-thinking features (such as Predictive Forward Collision Warning) are needed to provide an extra layer of security for all occupants.

The system utilizes a radar located behind the front bumper. Through this monitor, it can sense the relative velocity and distance of up to two vehicles directly ahead. It can, therefore, warn the motorist of any possible risks obscured from their field of view.

Say, for instance, a carrier slows suddenly or unexpectedly which disrupts the flow of traffic and triggers a potentially dangerous situation. When detected, PFCW will alert the operator with both audible and visual cues. This warning allows the driver time to respond accordingly, thereby minimizing the risk of incidence.

2019 infiniti q70l for sale renton bellevue washingtonGPS has come a long way in the past decade. From relying on simple landmark-based routes jotted down on napkins to printing turn-by-turn Mapquest directions: it’s hard to imagine how we managed to get anywhere on time. However, technology allows us many luxuries and the 2019 INFINITI Q70L is both a benefactor and provider of such.

Equipped with the latest and greatest edition of the brand’s InTouch software, getting from point A to B has never been easier. The advanced Navigation app (included in the IT interface) takes all the guesswork out of travel. For starters, you can control the system through simple audio commands. With one-shot vocal destination entry, the internal CPU will automatically enter your intended locale and generate the best route for getting there.

Also accessible through an 8-inch color touch-screen display, your path is projected to you visually as well. 3D building graphics increase the reality factor of the imagery to provide a more accurate view of your surroundings.

To further impress, Lane Guidance cues help to ensure you’re always on the best path for your course. The ITN will inform you of the ideal track for travel based on upcoming turns or exits.

There’s nothing more important than safety. When you’re reading a list of available features in a vehicle you’re hoping to purchase, it’s critical that you understand all of the many ways it will keep you and your passengers secure. Things like front pre-crash seat belts go a long way toward protecting occupants. What are they, though?

The 2018 INFINITI QX60 includes front pre-crash seat belts for the ultimate in safety. These use a motor to tighten the restraints to protect those riding in the first row. Doing so helps to reduce the risk of injury if there’s a collision.

According to INFINITI, there are certain instances in which the pre-crash seat belts would engage. These include emergency braking, sudden steering maneuvers, a rollover, or if the Intelligent Brake Assist system is activated.

The 2018 QX60 includes a number of other amazing safety features, including occupant-sensing airbags and a front anti-roll bar. Four-wheel independent suspension and electronic stability control also go a long way toward keeping you secure.

If you think this vehicle might be for you, stop by INFINITI of Tacoma the next time you’re in the Bothell, Washington, area. We’d love to set you up with a test drive!

Have you ever read the list of specifications for a vehicle you’re considering and been a bit lost? Oftentimes, some terms make sense, and others are a bit puzzling. For instance, what are delay off headlights? Part of the all-new 2019 INFINITI QX50, this feature is important, but it may not be as self-explanatory as you’d think.

Delay off headlights make it easy for your vehicle to illuminate the area around it when it is dark. This is an important safety feature so that you don’t trip or otherwise fail to observe a hazard. In neighborhoods that aren’t quite so quiet, it’s a great way to feel more secure when you’re alone at night, too.

Occasionally called a "relay delay," this feature keeps the headlights switched on for a pre-set amount of time after you turn off the vehicle and remove your keys. Sounds like a great assistive device, right?

The 2019 QX50 is filled with such amazing safety features as
delay off headlights. It also includes anti-whiplash head restraints, brake assist, and an emergency communication system, all aimed at keeping you well. If this sounds like the vehicle for you, stop by INFINITI of Tacoma in Seattle, Washington, today and take a test drive!
2019 infiniti qx60 for sale auburn bellevue washingtonWhile vehicle ownership comes with more perks than downsides, anyone living in the Pacific Northwest can certainly commiserate with the pain of having to endure those certain moments of discomfort caused solely by the climate.

However, with the 2019 INFINITI QX60, you never again have to worry about your premium leather seats being too hot to sit in, thanks to an August sun; nor do you have to concern yourself with blowing into frozen hands in an effort to warm them. Equipped with an advanced Remote Engine Start system, this full-sized SUV was specially designed with your well-being in mind — from the moment you enter the vehicle.

As the feature title implies, the RES enables fob holders to engage their vehicles from afar (up to approximately 200 feet) with the push of a button on their Intelligent Key. What makes this particularly ideal is that once ignited, your QX60 can autonomously adjust the temperature controls to suit your preset designations stored within your IK. Whether it’s a scorcher outside or below freezing, the advanced CPU will adapt the cabin atmosphere to your ideal environment. With tri-zone functionality and front seats with both heating and cooling capabilities, the customization options are aplenty. This means, every time you enter the capacious carrier, you’re welcomed into a hospitable space.

2019 infiniti qx60 for sale seattle bellevue washingtonIt’s always a little unnerving handing the keys over to your newly-licensed teenager. However, thanks to advanced technology in the 2019 INFINITI QX60, Washington parents can let out a giant sigh of relief.

Equipped with the brand’s InTouch Connection Services software, the confidence-inspiring system allows owners to set up Drive Zone Boundaries to better monitor young motorists. Through the ICS interface — which can be accessed from your CUV’s central monitor or remotely via the web or a mobile app — keyholders can create pre-determined geographical limits. When said thresholds have been crossed, the intelligent CPU will send a notification text, email, or phone call (depending on preference) to the primary user.

To further impress, also included within the InTouch service is the ability to add speed qualifiers. Given the sheer power of the QX60 (it reaches 295 HP with 270 lb-ft of torque), being able to keep tabs on your child’s behind-the-wheel behaviors offers a certain peace of mind not previously available to families.

Sometimes it’s the most basic features in your vehicle that leave you scratching your head. Take, for instance, the power driver seat. Likely one of the most-used and essential elements of the automobile cabin, this amenity isn’t one most drivers think about too often. How, exactly, does this mechanism work?

Believe it or not, power seats began to appear in vehicles in the 1940s. Of course, they’ve come a long way in the time since. Today, they are usually operated via a joystick or switch in tandem with a series of electric motors.

Many vehicles have this feature for the driver only, although on very high-end models you might encounter power seats throughout the car. In addition to fore and aft adjustments, you may also be able to recline the chair or angle various parts of it using the controls for maximum comfort.

The 2018 INFINITI QX30, an upscale crossover, features power driver seats, among a laundry list of other luxurious amenities. You’ll also benefit from dual-zone air conditioning, a telescoping steering wheel, and outdoor temperature gauge, all for your comfort and convenience.

Congratulations on considering an INFINITI! You have great taste. Not only do these autos offer the utmost in luxury, they also feature only the best technologies to make your experience as the driver safer and more enjoyable. In addition, the performance of these vehicles is markedly better than those of other manufacturers because of the incredible thought that goes into their design and production.

Even in its simplest elements under the hood, the 2019 INFINITI QX50 takes the basics to the next level. For instance, it contains a block heater. This important piece warms the engine to increase the chances that it will start, especially in cold weather.

In some cases, you’ll find this technology as an electrical heating element in the cylinder block, connected by a cord that is run through the grille. In others, it relies on the vehicle’s gasoline and doesn’t require additional power. Coolant is heated and circulated, usually by thermosiphon, in the engine and the heater core.

The QX50 features a number of other impressive technologies to make your ride that much better. For instance, the vehicle boasts an emergency communication system for safety and a low tire pressure warning so you’ll never be caught unaware. Hurry

Do you ever stop to think about some of the more basic features of your vehicle? Take, for instance, the window defroster. It does an excellent job of increasing your visibility during foggy, humid, rainy, or snowy conditions. How exactly does it work, though?

Did you know that the rear defroster works differently than the one in front? The technology used in the back of the vehicle is actually just electricity. However, an air current is utilized near the dashboard.

The front windshield defroster is designed to blow large volumes of air to dissipate condensation. When the weather is cool, droplets of water can form on a car’s windows. Vents on the dashboard move heat upward in an effort to reduce this steam and improve visibility.

On the other hand, the rear defroster uses thin lines of electrical fibers that run across the back windshield. They heat up once you turn on the device and then the window’s condensation is reduced.

The 2018 INFINITI Q50 features both of these technologies, along with
variably intermittent wipers to increase visibility in bad weather. ABS brakes also keep you safe when the roads are slick.

Automobile terminology can be confusing. Welcome to the INFINITI features glossary, where we cut through the murky waters of complex lingo and explain, straight up, what your vehicle has to offer.

Today, we’re talking about the front anti-roll bar. You’ve likely seen this term included on the vast majority of INFINITI feature lists. It may seem like an obvious vehicle component by name, and it does indeed keep the car from flipping. However, there’s much more to the story.

This piece of the automobile, also called by a variety of other names (like the roll bar, anti-sway bar, sway bar, or stabilizer bar) helps to reduce the body movements of a car during fast cornering or when going over road irregularities. The part connects the left and right wheels together through short lever arms linked by a torsion spring.

The purpose of the anti-roll bar is to force the car to raise and lower each side of the vehicle to similar heights. This helps prevent it from tipping over as you drive across uneven terrain.

The 2018 INFINITI QX30 includes a front anti-roll bar to protect you and your passengers from harm during your travels. It also boasts a number of other amazing safety technologies, so you can rest assured you’ll be secure.
