If you’re in need of a new, gently used mid-size sedan, Nissan has something that should be right up your alley. The 2016 Altima 2.5 SR is a well-equipped vehicle that’s great for families or simply someone that desires a daily driver that’s good on gas. “MikesCarInfo” has his detailed walkthrough below.


The Altima SR comes stocked with a fantastic 2.5L four-cylinder engine. It’s plucky and performance-tuned, boasting 182 horses and 180-lb.-ft. of torque. The motor is mated to a Xtronic two-speed continuously variable transmission that offers a wonderfully smooth experience. As Mike says in his review above, it “really gets in—and stays in—the right gear ratio at all times.” Notably, there’s also a suspension bar across the two strut towers that stabilizes the front end, making a marked difference at high speeds. It provides a more stable, comfortable ride that handles better than many competing vehicles.

There are also a number of features the Altima SR trim offers over the S model, making it a worthy upgrade. These include driver lumbar support for those longer trips outside Seattle and front fog lights that cut through “pea soup” visibility conditions. Additionally, there’s an extra dose of style—18-inch machined aluminum wheels.

The 2015 Nissan Frontier PRO-4X is an old-school mid-size pickup that’s all about getting stuff done. It’s tough, capable, and enhanced by a number of technologies that work to make it a wonderful utility vehicle. “Christian Moe” has the verdict in his video walkthrough below.


There are many systems that make this Frontier special, but we’ll focus on several that enable the truck to easily handle off-road conditions. Naturally, four-wheel drive is available here, but there’s so much more, including Hill Start Assist. This system operates in the background. Whenever you’re stopped on an incline and release the brake, it holds the truck in place for several seconds, ensuring that rear rolling doesn’t occur. This happens regardless of whether you’re currently set in 2WD or 4WD modes.

There’s also a brake-based limited slip system, which is standard on all Frontiers including the PRO-4X. It manages the transfer of torque between wheels. Additionally, electronic locking rear differential is offered. When the driver engages it via the center stack button, it equally distributes power between each rear tire. Smart!

We’re moving the Nissan Altima out of our inventory as soon as we can get it in. It’s no wonder, though, when you consider the preeminence of such models as the 2016 3.5 SL, which YouTube channel “TopSpeed” reviews below. It’s a sophisticated sedan with loads of features and refined performance.


There are simply too many interior features for us to cover but we’ll highlight a few standouts. The leather seats are heated in the front, so don’t worry about any bone-chilling rides during the late winter months. Conversely, an open/close sliding and tilting glass sunroof acts as a wonderful window to the world and lets you catch a great breeze once the weather warms up. There’s also a navigation system that comes standard on the 3.5 SL trim, enabling you to get to your destination without any confusion. And once there, parking assist kicks in to guide you into tight parallel spots.

The engine is celebrated, too. True to the name of this model, it’s a 3.5L V6 that boasts 270 HP and 251-lb.-ft. of torque. The continuously variable transmission keeps the ride smooth throughout, as well.
