With Predictive Forward Collision Warning, Nissan packs in an advanced radar sensor that can make all the difference to you and your family one day. As you speed along, it monitors both the automobile traveling directly ahead of you as well as the one traveling ahead of that. If it detects deceleration, a visual signal will light up on your instrument panel and it will let out an audible warning.

Rear Cross Traffic Alert in this Altima comes in handy, too. As you reverse out of your driveway or a parking space, it will detect and warn you if vehicles are approaching from either side (not just directly behind you). This makes it significantly easier to back up, adding much utility to the rearview camera experience.
