Latest Nissan News For Seattle, Tacoma, And Bellevue Washington
Don’t let your calendar deceive you. This is no ordinary Sunday. Instead it’s the start of the Seattle Pride event - which celebrates equality and community in equal measures.

Are you ready?

Join the Kirkland Nissan team as we make our way to downtown Seattle. There we’ll discover one of the city’s most important events - watching as thousands of men and women come together in the name of love. This year’s theme (Pride Beyond Borders) draws attention to the plight of those around the globe, highlighting the need for both tolerance and change. We’re thrilled to participate in this parade, providing two Titan trucks to help with the float procession; and we support Washington’s LGBTQ community.

Want to snag a front-row seat to Seattle Pride? We recommend leaving early (the event runs from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.). The parade route stretches from along 4th Avenue, but heavy crowds are anticipated. Latecomers will, therefore, find both parking and viewing areas scarce. To plan your excursion click here.

The Seattle Pride event will prove unforgettable for guests of all ages. Join us there today!

Since 2004 the Nissan Titan has served as a premier half-ton option - connecting drivers to V8 power and all-wheel capability. It has promised the best in trailering performance (the latest incarnation generates more than 9,000 pounds); and its adaptable steel body can conquer even the roughest roads.

Soon, however, the Titan will seek out more than payloads - serving as part of the Seattle Pride parade.

Kirkland Nissan is proud to participate in Seattle Pride - offering two Titan trucks to the event sponsors. On June 24th these platforms will be used to ensure smooth float performance, with their 5.6L V8 engines delivering class-leading power (390 HP and 394 lb.-ft of torque) with every downtown mile. They’ll prove perfect for the long parade route, which stretches from Union Street to Denny Way: utilizing a seamless seven-speed automatic transmission to accommodate both sharp turns and changing inclines; and their powerful frames (5,933 pounds) will remain balanced, even when faced with heaviest loads.

The Seattle Pride parade stands as one of Washington’s most important events - celebrating tolerance, love, and community. Kirkland Nissan is thrilled to stand with our LGBTQ friends, and we can’t wait to see our Titans revving down 4th Street.
