Making it easy to hitch a trailer to the back, this class-exclusive element is something everyone needs. Here’s how it works.

First, you should know that Normal Ride Height (NRH) is the standard position that the truck stays in most of the time. It is ideal for daily driving. Next, Alternate Trailer Height (ATH) is assumed when the rear section of the Ram 3500 is lowered by 25-mm (1-inch) for optimized load levelling.

You can access this function on the multimedia touchscreen interface. The corresponding button will blink until the ATH is achieved. Please remember that the engine must be running in order to operate this component.

Are you ready to give it a try for yourself? Get in touch with our team of agents today to take a Ram 3500 out for a spin!
