If you are in the market for a tough SUV that offers several powertrains for various performance levels, then you need to turn your attention to the 2021 Jeep Gladiator. Compared to the 2021 Ford Bronco, it is available in many more configurations so that you can choose the perfect one for your daily driving needs.

The standard engine on the Wrangler is the 3.6-litre V6. Paired with either a 6-speed manual or an 8-speed automatic transmission, it pushes out 285 hp and 260 lb-ft of torque. You may also get this version with the eTorque mild hybrid system. The second option is a turbocharged 2.0-litre 4-cylinder that delivers 270 hp and 295 lb-ft of torque. Next is the turbo-diesel 3.0-litre V6 that makes 260 hp and 442 lb-ft of torque. Keep in mind that this is only offered with the Unlimited models. The fourth is a 6.4-litre V8 (Unlimited Rubicon only) that pumps out 470 hp and 470 lb-ft of torque. Finally, the fifth is a plug-in hybrid unit known as the 4xe. It generates 375 hp and 470 lb-ft of torque.

On the other hand, the Ford Bronco can be equipped with a turbocharged 2.3-litre 4-cylinder that produces 300 hp and 325 lb-ft of torque or a larger 2.7-litre turbocharged V6 that delivers 330 hp and 415 lb-ft of torque.
