These guys don’t communicate with each other. We wasted hours at the dealership test driving and getting a contract worked out and at the last minute we were told, “ oh this truck was sold 2 days ago”. We had taken a ferry into the city specifically to purchase this truck. How hard is it for the sales guys to put a sold sign on a vehicle? You would think they would have a bulletin board with inventory sales listed. Unacceptable!

Ian Riddell, Sales manager helped us find a Sales Representative who was extremely knowledgeable in the vehicle we were pursuing. Jag Dhillon helped us navigate through all the questions we had, was patient and helpful. Our kids were entertained (with popcorn), we were give all the information needed.
