Took it for service on Thursday at 10 am (1hr-2hr) they said they couldn’t have it ready that day, so I had to leave it overnight and it was ready to be picked up at 11am. I had to reschedule many appointments I had already made.! Very rude and unprofessional.
Then I had to pay $234 for just inspecting my 2013 Ford Fiesta that has a problem with the transmission and always has had since the first day of purchase, and there even an ongoing lawsuit against Ford for defective transmission in these models. They said it’s not the transmission and it’s they have to undergo more inspections that require more time and it’s gonna cost me more! They ended up making excuses about this problem and I ended up having the same problematic defective and dangerous vehicle.
Then they said they have washed it and ready for me to pick up. They didn’t wash it! It was al dirty upon picking up! I have pics to prove.
Ford is a horrible company and have many problems with their vehicles. It has caused me great financial loses as well as wage from my employment due to this vehicle, I use my car for work ( I work in it, from it ) it’s my work tool and equipment.

We're just two months into 2018 and the all-new next-gen Nissan Leaf keeps raking in the hardware!
Last week at the Chicago Auto Show, it was announced that the best-selling EV in the world is now a winner of Kelley Blue Book's Five-Year Cost to Own Award in the electric vehicle category. For cost-conscious, enviro-aware Seattle area drivers, this is excellent news!
According to KBB, the Five-Year Cost to Own Awards honors new vehicles and brands with the lowest projected ownership costs, based on data for new cars for the initial five-years of ownership. It takes into consideration depreciation, expected fuel costs, finance and insurance fees, maintenance and repair costs, and state fees for all new models within that time period.
Redesigned for 2018, the Leaf now offers a 40% greater range than the original, as well as a more appealing exterior styling. It also incorporates Nissan's Intelligent Mobility suite, featuring technologies such as ProPILOT Assist, e-Pedal, Automatic Emergency Braking and more.
"Nissan Intelligent Mobility is about applying the latest technology to set a new benchmark for exciting and safe driving and the all-new Nissan Leaf delivers on that in every way," said Brian Maragno, Head of Nissan's EV Marketing and Sales Team. 2018 has been a big year for Nissan. Just in the last month, accolades and awards have been rolling in for the automaker, highlighting excellence in all areas of their product line-up. The Nissan Xmotion concept car recently drove off with a 2018 EyesOn Award, while the Leaf EV took high honors in the electric car category of What Car? Car of the Year Awards. And now, Nissan is gearing up once again for another win; the Leaf was just named a finalist in the World Car of the Year Awards!
Representing the electric vehicle category, the Nissan Leaf is up against three other models: the BMW 530e iPerformance, Chevrolet Cruze Diesel, and Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid. A panel of 82 automotive journalists will evaluate the vehicles and the field of finalists will be narrowed down even further at the Geneva Motor Show. The winner for the World Car of the Year Awards will be officially announced at the New York Auto Show on March 28, 2018.

The folks over at Nissan have been up to a little fun. This week, they unveiled how their semi-autonomous ProPilot Assist technology isn't just for cars.
Set in a traditional Japanese inn known as a ryokan, the automaker previewed self-parking slippers, tables and floor cushions much to the surprise of the hotel's visitors. As you can see in the video below, when these items are not in use, they automatically return to their designated spots with the push of the button. This is similar to how Nissan's ProPilot Assist is capable of using the steering, brakes, and throttle to maneuver a vehicle into a space without the brain power or physical input of a driver.
This isn't the first time that Nissan has applied their technology to inanimate objects. Just last year, they innovated an autonomous chair to help alleviate the strain of waiting in line. When the person at the front of the line stands up to be served, the now-vacant chair moves to the back of the line, so another person can sit down and wait in the queue. Imagine having these chairs at the DMV? Talk about a game-changer!

For years, the high cost of parts and development associated with large electric vehicles has stagnated that field. However, beginning in Japan, Nissan is now working to use LEAF technology to jumpstart an EV bus project that may eventually bring affordable zero-emission public transit worldwide.
Part of a Kumamoto University joint project with the local Ministry of Environment, the endeavor hopes to reduce or eliminate CO2 emissions from large vehicles. The “Yoka ECO Bus” is slated for real-world testing in western Japan beginning in February and will use an inverter pulled straight from the Nissan LEAF. A specialized gearbox is also being developed by the automaker.
Of course, the implementation of LEAF technology into this ambitious project is a no-brainer. Nissan’s car has shipped more than 300,000 units worldwide since its inception and is renowned for its progressive design. The upcoming 2018 model will bring consumers a 150-mile driving range, as well as 147 horses and 236-lb.-ft. of torque. Further, the zero-emissions EV will be run by a 40-kilowatt lithium-ion battery that’s capable of a tremendous 124 city / 101 highway MPGe.

What a huge week it’s been for Nissan. The Japanese manufacturer just revealed their tremendous Xmotion crossover concept yesterday, and now their all-electric LEAF EV has been named the “2018 FIPA Green Car of the Year” at Detroit’s North American International Auto Show.
The distinction comes courtesy of the Inter-American Federation of Automobile Journalists (FIPA) and puts the 2018 LEAF in high regard, scoring the zero-emissions vehicle higher than all nine other award candidates. The announcement comes on the heels of the "2016 4-Wheel Drive Electric Car of the Year” honor that the previous generation EV secured.
Nissan’s LEAF recently reached the 300,000-units-sold milestone and the 2018 version seems poised to add tremendously to that number. The next-generation car, due for North American release in mere months, offers a new battery that provides a 150-mile driving range. This increases the outgoing capacity by 43. Further, the motor generates 147 HP and 236-lb.-ft. of torque, while fuel efficiency is outstanding at an MPGe of 124 city / 101 highway.

Yesterday, Nissan unveiled a brand new concept vehicle at the 2018 North American International Auto Show in Detroit, called the Xmotion (pronounced “cross-motion”). And just 24 hours later, the six-passenger three-row crossover SUV is already receiving rave reviews for its sleek exterior lines and sharp angles, as well as its unique interior, which blends touchscreen displays, innovative control mechanisms, and a futuristic look that’s clean, modern, and expressive.
According to Nissan, the Xmotion concept fuses Japanese culture and traditional craftsmanship with American-styling and next-generation Intelligent Mobility technology. The exterior features a dynamic presence with an understated sculptural body, which includes prominently flared fenders, wedge-shaped headlights, and a bold evolution of Nissan’s iconic V-motion grille. It’s an expression of dramatic simplicity, which is wonderfully contrasted by the rugged metal-crafted wheels and all-terrain tire design. Some automotive journalists have likened the concept vehicle to that of a futuristic version of the cult-classic Nissan Xterra, which they claim is a good thing.
And while the exterior of the Xmotion is incredibly interesting, the interior of this concept vehicle is what’s truly astounding. Inside, it features a crafted design that pays homage to Nissan’s roots by combining a symbolic representation of a Japanese landscape with an advanced user interface and autonomous driving technologies.
This includes a digital assistant that’s personified as a virtual koi fish on the in-car displays. It swims between the console and a middle-mounted armrest touchscreen, and can intelligently program interior cabin conditions based on the destination and user preferences. The virtual koi also assists the Xmotion when in autonomous mode, providing key information about the current route and potential slowdowns, while also handling driving duties.
As for what’s under the hood, Nissan didn’t specify powertrain specs since the Xmotion is an expression of design and technology, versus power and performance. And seeing that it is a concept vehicle, it isn’t intended for production, however, many industry watchers expect that the Xmotion's design cues may find their way to future Nissan SUVs, like the rumored Xterra. Time will be the judge of that.

Nissan is set to compete in the all-electric ABB FIA Formula E racing championship later this year as it heads into its fifth season. And now, they know which of their drivers will be taking part.
NISMO driver Mitsunori Takaboshi will represent the brand at the Formula E rookie test. Winner of the 2017 Japan F3 Championship, he won a total of seven contests last year and held the fastest lap record in 11 of the 20 competitions he participated in. The celebrated professional fills the seat afforded to Nissan by Renault in order to help with race preparations.

Its battery is also slated to be a 60 kWh variety that offers a whopping 225 miles of range.

The 2018 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) kicks off tomorrow in Detroit with The Gallery. This exclusive event gives attendees an up-close look at the most exquisite and acclaimed collection of automobiles in the world, totaling $10 million.
In preparation for the 2018 NAIAS, Nissan has released a subtle teaser, which is generating a great deal of buzz. Speculation is growing amongst industry insiders as many wonder if Nissan will be unveiling an autonomous concept car at the motor show.
The 42-second video features modernistic artwork, which demonstrates how Nissan is using tradition to bridge to the future of mobility. The message is rather cryptic, but automotive watchers have suggested that the automaker is hinting at an upcoming concept car that combines Nissan’s familiar design cues with all-new self-driving safety technologies.
