Earlier this month, Nissan unveiled its two latest concept vehicles at the 2018 Madrid Motor Show in Spain and the timing couldn’t be any better with the summer travel season upon us. Allow us to introduce to you the Nissan NV300 and e-NV200.
Â
Both concepts are engineered to be used as campers, providing an interior and exterior design well-suited for life in the great outdoors. The colorful NV300 and e-NV200 are outfitted with bike racks, roll-out shades and pop-up roof tents, while the inside is equipped with a small kitchenette that includes a refrigerator, sink, range and dining table. There is room for two beds (one in the roof and one down below) for four people and both vans have heating, thus further extending the use of the campers into the cooler months.Â
Â
As for power, the NV300 runs on a 1.6-liter turbo diesel, which is not available in North America, and the e-NV200 offers zero-emissions performance from its 40 kWh battery pack. It's good for about 124 miles of range, which is fantastic for a camper of this caliber.Â
Â
Alas, there are no plans to release the Nissan NV300 and e-NV200 on Seattle soil, however, one can wish! To chat more about these concept vehicles or our line-up available vans, contact our team at Kirkland Nissan for more.
