Donâ€™t let your calendar deceive you. This is no ordinary Sunday. Instead itâ€™s the start of the Seattle Pride event - which celebrates equality and community in equal measures.

Are you ready?

Join the Kirkland Nissan team as we make our way to downtown Seattle. There weâ€™ll discover one of the cityâ€™s most important events - watching as thousands of men and women come together in the name of love. This yearâ€™s theme (Pride Beyond Borders) draws attention to the plight of those around the globe, highlighting the need for both tolerance and change. Weâ€™re thrilled to participate in this parade, providing two Titan trucks to help with the float procession; and we support Washingtonâ€™s LGBTQ community.

Want to snag a front-row seat to Seattle Pride? We recommend leaving early (the event runs from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.). The parade route stretches from along 4th Avenue, but heavy crowds are anticipated. Latecomers will, therefore, find both parking and viewing areas scarce. To plan your excursion click here.
