This week, we shared spy images of the Nissan Versa, but that’s not the only vehicle to be out and about in full camo. A 2021 Sentra was also spotted, signalling the availability of a redesigned version of Nissan’s compact sedan.
Similar to the Versa, the Sentra appears to have adopted certain Altima design cues for a more handsome appearance. Anchoring the front-end is a V-motion grille with thinner headlights that stretch further back into the fenders for a sleeker, more aggressive look. The front bumper also appears to have been re-sculpted with sharper angles to add more pizazz to the sedan’s silhouette, while speculators have commented that the Altima’s floating roof design is a possible addition to the Sentra. Under the hood, the powerplant will likely continue on with a small naturally aspirated four-cylinder engine with an additional powerplant option, should the automaker add SR Turbo and Nismo versions to the line-up.
Whatever Nissan decides, the 2021 Sentra promises to wow consumers with its refreshed appearance and newly chiselled looks. As more details are released about this next generation, we’ll be sure to share them here on our blog.
