When it comes to full-size luxury SUVs, one key factor that can make or break your final decision is space. That's why the 2022 Grand Wagoneer offers more cargo room than other competitors in its class, such as the 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLS. Headed to O’Connor Chrysler in BC soon, you can reserve one of these models today!
Â
The Grand Wagoneer offers 775 litres (27.4 cubic feet) behind the third row. If you fold that section down, you can expand this area to 2,007 litres (70.9 cubic feet). If you don’t need any of the seats, you can flatten both back rows to gain access to the maximum cargo space which measures 3,304 litres (116.7 cubic feet.)
Â
On the other hand, the Mercedes-Benz GLS proves less accommodating. Behind the back seats is only 492 litres (17.4 cubic feet) of room. Folding it down will grant you 1,379 litres (48.7 cubic feet), and hiding both rear rows will open up 2,398 litres (84.7 cubic feet). It is significantly less than the Grand Wagoneer and will limit drivers' cargo options.Â

The new 2022 Grand Wagoneer is making waves in the auto industry for its impeccable performance and enhanced capabilities. Compared to other luxury SUVs - such as the 2022 Lincoln Navigator - it is easy to see just how superior this iconic vehicle is.
Â
The Lincoln Navigator uses a 3.5-litre turbocharged V6 motor that churns out 450 hp and 510 lb-ft of torque. Coupled with a 10-speed automatic transmission and RWD, it has the ability to pull up to 3,764 kg (8,300 lbs). While this is better than the Cadillac Escalade, it still doesn’t stand up against the hardy - yet sophisticated - Grand Wagoneer.
Â
Thanks to the magnanimous 6.4-litre V8 engine, the Grand Wagoneer generates 471 hp and 455 lb-ft of torque. It comes standard with 4WD and Selec-Terrain Traction Management for improved off-roading and better handling during inclement weather. If you opt for the available Heavy-Duty Trailer Tow Package, it will come with hitch zoom, line-up assist, tow hooks, and a maximum hauling limit capped at 4,468 kg (9,850 lbs). That is a Best-In-Class number.

When it comes to luxury SUVs, many families want one that can hit the off-roads in style. Luckily, the new 2022 Grand Wagoneer is exactly what you want. Compared to the 2022 Cadillac Escalade, it offers a much better performance in the city and in nature.
Â
Fitted with a 6.4-litre V8 motor, it delivers 471 hp and 455 lb-ft of torque. Coupled with an 8-speed automatic transmission, this model can pull up to 4,468 kg (9,850 lbs) - which is a Best-In-Class towing capacity. You don’t have to worry about leaving anything behind on your next camping adventure. Plus, the Heavy-Duty Trailer Tow Package also includes hitch zoom, line-up assist, three tow hooks (two in the front and a removable one in the back), and so much more. Also, 4WD is standard for superior grip.
Â
Meanwhile, the competing Cadillac Escalade doesn’t hold a candle to the Grand Wagoneer. Equipped with a 6.2-litre V8, it makes 420 hp and 460 lb-ft of torque. Partnered with a 10-speed automatic transmission and RWD (4WD is optional), it can only tow up to 3,719 kg (8,200 lbs). This means that you might end up leaving a few recreational toys behind.
