These guys don’t communicate with each other. We wasted hours at the dealership test driving and getting a contract worked out and at the last minute we were told, “ oh this truck was sold 2 days ago”. We had taken a ferry into the city specifically to purchase this truck. How hard is it for the sales guys to put a sold sign on a vehicle? You would think they would have a bulletin board with inventory sales listed. Unacceptable!

We had an exceptional experience at Key West Ford. Their entire team was kind, helpful and responsive when dealing with us (and our kiddies). Ian Riddell, Sales manager helped us find a Sales Representative who was extremely knowledgeable in the vehicle we were pursuing. Jag Dhillon helped us navigate through all the questions we had, was patient and helpful. Our kids were entertained (with popcorn), we were give all the information needed. Michelle Kellough, was extremely helpful navigating through our warranty options, we were presently surprised with what she found for us. nissan leaf e+ news in seattle washingtonFollowing the news of Nissan’s forthcoming Leaf e+ electric vehicle, which will launch later this spring, our team wanted to take the opportunity to share more about the EV’s enhanced driver assist and safety features. If you were hoping to see ProPILOT Assist and e-Pedal on the e+, good news – both are standard equipment, along with other advanced technologies.
 
ProPILOT Assist is a key player in Nissan’s Intelligent Driving strategy. This system is described as an in-lane semi-autonomous driving technology that can automatically adjust the distance to the vehicle ahead or help keep the Leaf centered in its lane. If the car in front stops, ProPILOT Assist will automatically apply the brakes to bring the vehicle to a halt – it will even keep the vehicle in place if the driver’s foot is off the brake. When traffic restarts, the e+ will resume when the driver touches the steering wheel-mounted ProPILOT Assist switch again or lightly presses the accelerator. The goal of the system is to reduce stress when behind the wheel, especially in high-traffic situations.
 
Further enhancing the Leaf's on-road experience is e-Pedal, which allows the driver to start, accelerate, decelerate and stop using only the accelerator pedal. With the e+’s additional power and increased mass, Nissan reprogrammed the e-Pedal software for smoother operation and enhanced pedal feedback, which is especially beneficial when maneuvering the vehicle in reverse. Other advanced technologies on the e+ will include Intelligent Lane Intervention, Lane Departure Warning and Intelligent Emergency Braking, as well as Blind Spot Warning, Rear Cross Traffic Alert and Intelligent Around View Monitor.
