At the Los Angeles Auto Show yesterday, the 2018 Kicks made its North American debut. The automobile is the latest in Nissan’s award-winning crossover and SUV lineup and looks to add to that segment’s record sales.
Due to arrive at dealerships including Kirkland Nissan beginning in June 2018, the Kicks is an all-new crossover set to shake up the automotive world thanks in large part to its incredible in-cabin technology. There’s a 7-inch full-color dashboard display that is both Android Auto and Apple CarPlay compatible. Standard on all trims is a back-up camera, Blind Spot Warning and Rear Cross Traffic Alert. A grand total of seven airbags further ups the ante when it comes to safety. Also, upper-trim variants include the class-exclusive Bose Personal Plus sound system, which boasts dual 2.5-inch UltraNearfield neodymium speakers nestled within the driver’s headrest. Swanky!
The Kicks S, KicksSV, and Kicks SR models will bolster Nissan’s SUV lineup, acting as a gateway to the rest of the automaker’s similar offerings—the Rogue, Pathfinder, Armada, and Murano.
