Both automakers were recently recognized as brands that are successful at scheduling a customerâ€™s initial maintenance visit before they can even drive off in their brand new vehicle.

In the study, almost 50% of the respondents said their first service appointment was scheduled before they left the building. This is compared to other brands, like Honda, BMW and Jaguar-Land Rover, where only 22-29% of respondents had their first appointment booked at the time of vehicle purchase.
