When it comes to first service appointment scheduling, Nissan is at the top of the heap, next to its counterpart Infiniti. Both automakers were recently recognized as brands that are successful at scheduling a customer’s initial maintenance visit before they can even drive off in their brand new vehicle.

In the study, almost 50% of the respondents said their first service appointment was scheduled before they left the building. This is compared to other brands, like Honda, BMW and Jaguar-Land Rover, where only 22-29% of respondents had their first appointment booked at the time of vehicle purchase.
