I live in Ontario and wanted to purchase a Ford transit. There were many challenges in figuring out how we would get the vehicle to the East coast. Jag helped me patiently throughout the whole process. Any time I needed something I was able to text him and he responded as soon as he was able. It was a pleasure dealing with Jag and Key West Ford! Thank you all!

These guys don’t communicate with each other.

These guys don’t communicate with each other. We wasted hours at the dealership test driving and getting a contract worked out and at the last minute we were told, “ oh this truck was sold 2 days ago”. We had taken a ferry into the city specifically to purchase this truck. How hard is it for the sales guys to put a sold sign on a vehicle? You would think they would have a bulletin board with inventory sales listed. Unacceptable!

We had an exceptional experience at Key West Ford. Their entire team was kind, helpful and responsive when dealing with us (and our kiddies). Ian Riddell, Sales manager helped us find a Sales Representative who was extremely knowledgeable in the vehicle we were pursuing. Jag Dhillon helped us navigate through all the questions we had, was patient and helpful. Our kids were entertained (with popcorn), we were give all the information needed. Michelle Kellough, was extremely helpful navigating through our warranty options, we were presently surprised with what she found for us. Thank you, this was a big purchase and a big day for us and we really appreciated all you did for us.

Latest Nissan News For Seattle, Tacoma, And Bellevue Washington
nissan kicks dealership in seattle washingtonIt’s the most wonderful time of the year in the automotive industry – the North American Car and Truck of the Year (NACTOY) Awards are gearing up! And this year, we couldn't be more excited as three Nissan models were named as semi-finalists.

The NACTOY Awards are an annual honor that are chosen by the organization’s jury, which is made up of North American automotive journalists. Winners are selected for three main categories, including cars, trucks and SUVs. Semi-finalists were announced earlier in September and the big winners will be revealed next January in Detroit, Michigan.

But, first, the jury has an important job to do – they have to take to the streets of Ypsilanti, Michigan, to put the semi-finalists to the test. Of those vehicles are three Nissan models, including the Altima, Leaf and the all-new Kicks. From these series of road tests, the jury will select the finalists, which will be announced at the Los Angeles Auto Show at the end of November.

It’s a great honor for Nissan to have three vehicles recognized as semi-finalists in the NACTOY Awards. With the Leaf’s and Altima’s full redesigns, as well as the launch of the Kicks crossover earlier this year, there is so much more to love about these models, especially their styling, feature sets and performance.

Our team at Kirkland Nissan will be following the awards closely. Be sure to check back on our blog in November as the finalists will be announced or call our team to learn more about the Nissan Leaf, Altima and Kicks.
Are you wanting a vehicle with all-wheel drive, but fear you are relegated to an SUV or truck? Think again. Nissan just unveiled its 2019 Altima at the New York International Auto Show, along with some exciting news. The next generation sedan will feature standard all-wheel drive across its line-up.

This offering comes at a time when the family sedan market is shrinking and the crossover SUV segment continues to grow. But, for drivers who don’t want the fuel economy numbers of a full-sized vehicle or haven’t a need for acres of cargo room, a sedan makes perfect sense. And now, with the 2019 Altima, Seattle area drivers will get the best of all worlds with all-wheel drive matched to the peppy performance of a four-door sedan.

The 2019 Altima will feature Nissan’s Intelligent AWD system, which uses an advanced torque split control strategy that automatically redistributes forces to the wheels based on real time driving conditions and wheel slippage. This AWD system even works in conjunction with the Altima’s brake-based limited-slip differential and Hill Start Assist to manage accelerations on slick and steep inclines. No matter the season or terrain, nothing will slow down this sedan.

The all-new Altima is expected to arrive in North American dealerships this fall. Until then, excitement is certain to grow for this all-wheel warrior. To learn more about the Altima and its specs, contact our team at Kirkland Nissan in Seattle, Washington.
Today has been a huge day for the Nissan brand. On the tails of the 2018 Leaf’s World Green Car Award, the automaker also revealed their all-new Altima, which is expected to arrive in North American dealerships this fall, followed by other global markets.

The 2019 Altima is an important vehicle for Nissan since it signifies the resurgence of excitement into the mid-size sedan segment. With the redesigned Altima, consumers will not only receive more expressive styling and an inspiring interior, but the car will be offered with the choice of two new powerplants, Intelligent All-Wheel Drive, and standard ProPILOT Assist on the 2019 Altima SV, SL and Platinum grades.

Replacing the previous-generation Altima's 3.5-liter V6 engine is the industry's first production-ready variable compression turbo inline four-cylinder engine, which is expected to deliver V6-level performance, but with more impressive fuel economy. Standard on all Altima trims will also be a new 2.5-liter DOHC inline four-cylinder direct-injection engine. Specs haven’t been divulged yet, but this powerplant promises increases horsepower and torque, while also ensuring improvements in noise and vibration, along with enhanced efficiency and greener emissions.

Reaction about the 2019 Altima has been extremely positive within automotive circles with many journalists hailing Nissan as a leader for bringing highly automated driving to the mass market. It’ll only be a matter of time until we can get behind the wheel for a spin – we cannot wait!

Until then, you can learn more about the Altima by contacting Kirkland Nissan in Seattle, Washington. We currently have many 2018 models in stock, awaiting your next test drive.
best price nissan altima seattle washingtonThe New York International Auto Show will kick off with an industry event on March 28 and excitement is growing at a rapid pace. Nissan is to thank for that – the automaker is debuting their all-new, fully-redesigned 2019 Altima and consumers are eager to catch a glimpse of the sleek machine.

Luckily for them, Nissan just released a sketch of the 2019 Altima ahead of its official premiere. The image reveals highly expressive lines and hints at the design traits that are sure to define future vehicles.

The 2019 Altima is also a follow-up to the automaker’s Vmotion 2.0 concept vehicle, which was first introduced at the 2017 North American International Auto Show in Detroit. Like this prototype, the new Altima’s front fascia incorporates a prominent V-shaped front grille, flanked by profiled LED headlights integrated into both the nose and sides of the car. Nissan hasn’t shared interior images of the redesigned sedan, but we expect it to be equally grand with substantial updates to the quality of materials and connectivity technologies.

Under the hood, base models of the new Altima will likely be powered by a naturally aspirated four-cylinder engine mated to a CVT transmission. Some industry insiders expect that an available four-cylinder turbo engine will replace the current V6, which is an optional upgrade. Standard front-wheel drive may be swapped with an all-wheel drive option too, but again – that’s speculation.

Official specs for the 2019 Altima will be released in just a matter of days and we’ll be sure to share those when they become available. In the meantime, you can learn more about this sedan by contacting Kirkland Nissan in Seattle, Washington. We currently have many 2018 models in stock, awaiting your next test drive.
Word on the street is that an all-new Nissan Altima is coming for the 2019 model year and it has Seattle area sedan shoppers very excited. The redesigned vehicle will debut next month at the 2018 New York International Auto Show, which is scheduled for March 28.

This will be the sixth generation for the Altima, which hasn't been revamped since 2013. A top-secret prototype was spotted last summer and Nissan also previewed the design with the Vmotion 2.0 concept car at the 2017 North American International Auto Show in Detroit.

Industry insiders don't have any concrete details to share about the next-gen Altima, but some are speculating that the sedan will keep much of its current foundation with some variations. There is talk about a four-cylinder powerplant, as well as the possibility of V6 and hybrid options for drivers wanting increased performance or better fuel economy. Front-wheel drive with CVT is expected to be the standard setup, though some automotive journalists have said that an all-wheel-drive option might be available too. There is also some speculation that Nissan will include some of its ProPilot technologies on the 2019 Altima as well.

Only time will tell what's in store for the next model year. We are eagerly awaiting news from the upcoming New York International Auto Show and will be sure to provide updates as they are released.

In the meantime, you can learn more about the Nissan Altima by contacting our team in Seattle, Washington. We currently have many 2018 models in stock, which are available for test driving today.
2018 altima for sale in seattle waIf you are in search of an all-new sedan with a focus on passenger safety, you'll want to check out the 2018 Nissan Altima. It was recently named an Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) 2018 Top Safety Pick, earning “Good” crashworthiness scores across the board and a “Superior” score in front crash prevention, which are the highest ranking by the safety authority.

And new for this year, it’s harder for vehicles to pass the crash tests since the IIHS updated their standards. Now a vehicle must score “Good” ratings in the driver-side small overlap front, moderate overlap front, side, roof strength, and head restraint tests. It must also receive a good rating in headlight tests, score advanced or superior ratings for front crash prevention, and also score either acceptable or good ratings in the passenger-side small overlap front test.

Despite the tougher standards, they were no match for the 2018 Nissan Altima. This mid-size sedan features many top-notch safety features that add to its rigidity and security on the roads, including:

• Standard Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB)
• Standard Intelligent Forward Collision Warning (I-FCW)
• Available radar-based Blind Spot Warning (BSW)
• Available Intelligent Cruise Control (ICC)
• Available Rear Cross Traffic Alert (RCTA)

It's one of the safest vehicles on the roads. Don't you think it's time you give it a closer look?

To learn more about the all-new Altima, its available trim levels, options and pricing, contact us at Kirkland Nissan in Seattle, Washington to schedule a test drive. We currently have several 2018 Altimas in stock – which will be yours this holiday season?
